Uncle Tim's eGuitarCenter - Technical Training For Guitar

Uncle Tim's First Year Lesson Program

A book cannot play chords and scales for you and you can definitely benefit from some audiovisual support. I did not leave anything out of Uncle Tim's First Year, but I can offer some additional ways of reinforcing the meaning of what you will learn. Approaching a problem from different directions, helps people understand it much better. It can answer lingering questions in a way no book alone can.

When you combine the rock solid information in Uncle Tim's First Year with mp3 sound files and flash animation, video and exercises and progressions, you have some significant tools for learning and growing. The color pictures compliment the book and further examine chord and scales. Remember in Uncle Tim's First Year, every chord has a diagram of how to play it and a picture of what it should look like. Now you can hear it and play along with it.

Multimedia does things no book can, but you can't take your computer with you everywhere either. They work together to help the user understand every last bit of information. If you want to learn, we have the answers. Uncle Tim's Lessons are broken down into semesters and are delivered once a week. The first semester lasts 12 weeks and covers the first several keys. Many times just getting through the first semester is enough. That can give you the boost you need and then you can just use Uncle Tim's First Year to give you the rest. You may not even need the entire year long lesson program. Maybe the first semester is enough to jump start you.
