The Continental Divide And Winter Park

The walk over the continental divide is harder than it looks. It will be two miles of tundra before the trail emerges again. The elevation is somewhere around 11,000' which makes it harder than walking in most parks.

Even though it looks smooth, the ground is actually covered in rocks of various sizes.

The ski area is Winter Park and Mary Jane which receives the most snow of any front range ski area.
